Janelle, Cassidy and Jessie came to visit Wednesday. It was nice seein' you girls! We had fun outside, and Doug brought Isabella over and Cassidy was excited to have a new friend. I lost my cell phone. I haven't had it since Monday. So if you've been trying to call me... give up, I don't know where the hell it went. I was only in two public places besides work, and I called those places and neither of them have my cell phone. I feel lost without it... and since we don't have a land line... I have no connection to the outside world while I'm at home. It fell into a black hole- if you need me, call Kevin's phone in the evenings.
Today sucked at work. and I still have this weekend and Monday to work before another day off. Tonight is the Black Eyed Peas concert. Plus we have a hockey team with us PLUS I don't have a breakfast host to work with me tomorrow so I have to do breakfast and front desk tomorrow morning. Once again, we trained in another employee and then he quit. bastard. "what? you mean I can't do my homework and sit on my ass with my friends and get paid?!" no, sorry spoiled little college freshman prick... real word doesn't work that way. I'm sure there are worse things out there, I shouldn't complain.
So... 6 degrees of separation here: My Godmother is Josh Duhamel's aunt and Josh Duhamel is dating Fergie.... I.E. I am connected to Fergie by 4 degrees. I think that should get me backstage right? yeah right.

Hope Mr. Rodriguez likes fire... there will be a lot of it where he is going

I think having to wait 6 to 8 years is stupid. I understand WHY so I don't need the lectures about people being wrongly accused and blah blah... I think its a waste of money and space to have this disgusting idiot sitting in our federal prison.... food wasted.... space wasted. Just get rid of him, he makes me sick.
I hope Dru's family feels like justice was served and can continue with the grieving/healing process.

If you like sleeping... you're gonna LOVE this post! "Two thumbs way up" "taking entertainment to the next level"
So the in-laws are coming on Saturday morning and staying until Sunday afternoon. We're going baby shopping. Don't get me wrong... anyone who is willing to talk about my baby all day with me is on my A list.... and not only talk about but buy us stuff.... top of the A list. What is it about In-Laws thats really THAT bad... I mean Marie and Louis aren't bad at all... a little overbearing at times.. but not bad. Why does eveyone have problems with their in laws? Well except for Kevin, of course, he has the best in laws a guy could ask for.... they did create me right, and I am the center of Kevin's universe so why wouldn't he feel obligated to worship my parents? Okay seriously, no, but they are really cool as far as parents go.
I'm not used to going shopping with someone else and have that person pay for everything. I'll feel very uncomfortable taking all these things from them, but appreciate it very much, of course. While us girls are shopping, Kevin and his dad are going to attempt to cement our garage so that its not crooked because it gathers water and well... I really don't get the problem but I guess we have on, and I guess it ABSOLUTELY HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE of THIS weekend... no later or the world will end.
and it just might, you never know.
Kevin got good news today. They moved him from the Crookston clinic to the clinic in East Grand Forks, so now he doensn't have to commute everyday which means..... WE GET RID OF THE NASTY FORD FOCUS that is making my driveway look cheap. They can take that ugly car with the huge fender dent and the tape deck and give it to someone who really needs to be "safe" driving to and from Crookston every day. Kevin gets to sleep in 45 more minutes a day and he only works 2 miles from home. Plus, he gets to work with another Therapist, so he won't have such a patient overload.
my new TV boyfriend is Jeremy Sisto. (just a google image search to give you options) I first knew him as Billy on Six Feet Uner, which if everyone remembers, I was addicted to. But now he's on Kidnapped. Kevin is coming to terms with our relationship. I think it helps that I told him that, if given the chance, he can have an orgy with all the "Deal or No Deal" models, ALL of whom are his new girlfriends.
So yeah, its been really boring at our house lately. We have been hibernating all week and doing absolutely nothing, preparing and resting for this weekend. We'll need the energy. :)
Have a good weekend peeps!

I'm a marshmellow.
white and puffy all over. My ankles are the size of softballs. Okay, Baseballs at least.
Okay enough complaining.
This weekend was a blast! We got to the Cities late friday night and checked into our AMAZING hotel suite that Blake found for us. Two King Beds, Two bathrooms, pullout sofa, full kitchen, balcony, fireplace, loft, candy jar, large hot breakfast. It was comfy and fun. Saturday we woke up early and went to the Renaissance Festival and walked around and took in the sights and food. We saw lots of fun stuff and interesting people and costumes. After that we headed to the museum in Downtown St. Paul. We took in the Body Worlds Exhibit which was the most amazing thing I've seen. Doug doesn't want me to talk about it because they're going next month. But it was awesome, and something I will never forget. We walked around the rest of the museum and then met up with Blakes family and went to a resaraunt down the street and ate dinner with them. They're a hoot, we spent a lot of the meal laughing. We got home late and crashed.
Sunday we woke up early to start a day of shopping. We went to Ikea where we bought some fun odds and ends and then off to the Mall Of America. It was fun. We split up so that we could all see what we wanted to see. I found some maternity clothes which was my overall goal. We really just window shopped most of the time. Then we met up again and headed out of town at about 5pm
We got home at abour 11:30 and that was about it. VERY busy weekend. Tomorrow is Isabella's birthday, she turns 2! We went over to Doug and Karissa's for a birthday party. We had dinner and cake and watched Isabella open presents. She doesn't quite get the hang of the whole present gig, but she liked her new toys-even though it took forever to open them.
Tomorrow is my day off. I'm going to spend most of it on the couch with my feet elevated so I don't look and feel like a big elephant with big feet.
My tummy is getting bigger-and I'll post some pics someday. We're painting the baby's room this week-and registering for baby shower gifts FUN!
Okay enough complaining.
