So the in-laws are coming on Saturday morning and staying until Sunday afternoon. We're going baby shopping. Don't get me wrong... anyone who is willing to talk about my baby all day with me is on my A list.... and not only talk about but buy us stuff.... top of the A list. What is it about In-Laws thats really THAT bad... I mean Marie and Louis aren't bad at all... a little overbearing at times.. but not bad. Why does eveyone have problems with their in laws? Well except for Kevin, of course, he has the best in laws a guy could ask for.... they did create me right, and I am the center of Kevin's universe so why wouldn't he feel obligated to worship my parents? Okay seriously, no, but they are really cool as far as parents go.
I'm not used to going shopping with someone else and have that person pay for everything. I'll feel very uncomfortable taking all these things from them, but appreciate it very much, of course. While us girls are shopping, Kevin and his dad are going to attempt to cement our garage so that its not crooked because it gathers water and well... I really don't get the problem but I guess we have on, and I guess it ABSOLUTELY HAS TO BE TAKEN CARE of THIS weekend... no later or the world will end.
and it just might, you never know.
Kevin got good news today. They moved him from the Crookston clinic to the clinic in East Grand Forks, so now he doensn't have to commute everyday which means..... WE GET RID OF THE NASTY FORD FOCUS that is making my driveway look cheap. They can take that ugly car with the huge fender dent and the tape deck and give it to someone who really needs to be "safe" driving to and from Crookston every day. Kevin gets to sleep in 45 more minutes a day and he only works 2 miles from home. Plus, he gets to work with another Therapist, so he won't have such a patient overload.
my new TV boyfriend is Jeremy Sisto. (just a google image search to give you options) I first knew him as Billy on Six Feet Uner, which if everyone remembers, I was addicted to. But now he's on Kidnapped. Kevin is coming to terms with our relationship. I think it helps that I told him that, if given the chance, he can have an orgy with all the "Deal or No Deal" models, ALL of whom are his new girlfriends.
So yeah, its been really boring at our house lately. We have been hibernating all week and doing absolutely nothing, preparing and resting for this weekend. We'll need the energy. :)

We had to get over that uncomfortable feeling, too. It helps to look at all the cool baby stuff in your living room when all is said and done.
The Deal or No Deal models? Seriously Kevin, get creative! I know who Jeremy Sisto is, he was on the movie Thirteen a couple years ago, and I thought he was one of the best characters on the show (a recovering crack addict boyfriend who is actually a good guy).
That's awesome Kevin gets to come work in MY town! Well, okay, they might as well be one town anyway, but still, at least now he doesn't have to commute every day, get up so early, or have to deal with his boss so much now. Maybe we can celebrate his good news Saturday night or something.

I think a lot of people have problems with their in-laws - I'm super lucky in that my in-laws are the BEST! And of course, so are Ray's!

Fun for free stuff but I'll say a little prayer for you to make it through the weekend without running away from home.
You didn't see the ford focus that they made kevin drive, it looked nothing like yours. I was referring to the fact that it was all dented up and looked like shit. Have you SEEN My car?!!! I don't drive anything fancy you know.... my car WAS cheap!... but its not dented up... I'm more upset with the fact that they MADE kevin drive a car that was more unsafe than the one he has that we own!
