NEW HOUSE!

Kevin and I signed our lease for our new rental house today. YAY! I only had a film camera with me, so I have to wait till tomorrow to post pics. It is a split level home with a fireplace, large living room, large yard, two car garage, big kitchen... I can't wait to move in! We will be paying $900.00/mo. I know I know, why didn't we just use that money to start paying a morgage on a house... well it is because we want to find our PERFECT house, and we want a newer house when we choose to buy one, so hopefully in a year we can save money and find a home to buy next year, or at least when the market opens up a little.

I love this new house, and it is located RIGHT by UND. It has new carpet, new paint, cleaned chimney, and its just roomy and I love it. The laundry is in the bathroom so it is on the main floor, which is nice.

Weirdest part of all... my coworker from the hotel used to own it, they just sold it to this dude about 8 weeks ago. He made some improvements and decided to make it a renter. Its nice to know the people that lived inthe house before, cause they can answer questions if we have any.

We have to go back to GF Tuesday because Kevin has to be at Altru bright and early Wednesday morning to sign contracts and get drug tested and all that good stuff, so we're gonna take me dad's truck and move our spare bed into the house so we don't have to stay in a hotel while we're moving back and forth for the next two months. I'm keeping my job here in DL until about Mar. 1st. That'll give us plenty of time, plus I don't think I can find a job in GF right away that pays as much as my job now does.
