My day sucked. Nothing seemed to go right at work, I'm convinced they think I'm stupid. Alas, I am not stupid...most of the time anyway.... but it sucks because I think I have somehting down flat, then I screw it up, all part of the learning process I suppose. I'm sure I'll start getting things right. I'm not going to go into details because its a long story, and I felt sorry for myself most of the day and I'm tired of feeling that way. Chin up... tomorrow is another day.
Right now, Kevin, Amadon, Josie and Brueckner are in my basemnt playing poker. I'm not a big poker player, so here I am blogging. As far as I can tell by my random stop ins, Josie is holding her own and doing quit well against the 4 guys.
Tomorrow I get my new dining room table and chairs. Slumberland says they'll be at my house between 11 and 3. Hmm.. thanks for the 4 hours time window... ass. So I'm leaving work early to sit at my house and wait. But they assemble it and everything so I can't complain too much.
I'm going to GF to work at the hotel this weekend. I'm doing housekeeping... gross... I've never liked that much cause, really, who wants to clean up after other people. But I need to get my hours in somehow and I'll take any hours they are willing to give me. It's really just an excuse to see my buddies there. Especially Isabella (okay and her mommy and daddy) and Blake, of course. I'm staying on his couch! THANK YOU BLAKE!!!! Oh geez, I hear them coming up the stairs.. better go. bye all!
