Devils Run and a trip out to the Lake

The past couple of days has been pretty fun! I've been busy doin' stuff ever since I got back to DL, with our trip to Sully's Hill and trips to the lake, along with Devils Run Weekend, oh and unpacking and using my NEW washer and dryer, It's been a blast!

Doug and Karissa came to town so we got to hang out with them and go to the Devils Run Parade. For those of you who don't know, Devils Run is an anual classic car show in Devils Lake. The whole weekend is jammed packed full of events all over town. close to 500 cars where in the parade and people come from ALL OVER Canada and the States to join in the festivities. Although I don't know anything about classic cars, you kind of are forced to pick up on some stuff when one of the largest classic car shows in the nation is in town. I took pics of a lot of the cars, and only posted a fraction here, perhaps some of you may find them interesting.

We went to the lake the other day too. We just hung out, fished a little, and BBQ. It was fun, I can't wait till my dad gets the boat out there so we can go tubing, and chill on the lake.

Today is more unpacking, yes we're almost done. We've procrastinated a lot due to all the fun stuff we've been doing. Kevin is still studying for his National PT exam that he has on Tuesday. After that, he'll never have to take another test! EVER!
